St. Mary’s Hall
St Joseph's University - Philadelphia, PA
Recently completed the construction on the St Mary’s Hall building which is a $4.2 million dollar renovation of an existing 16,000 sq. ft mansion which dates to 1914 and was designed by the famous Philadelphia architect Horace Trumbauer.
Project Includes:
- Construction of new administrative offices for St Joseph’s University.
- Restoration of existing 1st floor oak paneling and other architectural elements.
- Installation of new windows, new flooring and all new ceilings.
- Complete upgrade to all the MPE systems. Work includes new boilers, DOAS unit, unit ventilators, generator, new plumbing system, new sprinkler system, new electrical panels, new electrical service and new lighting controls.
