John S Mc Manus Inc is the selected GC for this job. The original daycare center was destroyed by a windstorm.

-Bids are due by noon- Tuesday 3/29/22.
-Job is RACP funded- prevailing wages and US steel requirements.

Schedule
-4/15/22 Site, Foundations, structural steel to be awarded. Construction to start by mid- May.
-8/1/23- Job Completion.
Value engineering is encouraged.
